AI scan
An AI scan is a short, structured analysis of a company's processes that points out where AI and automation pay back fastest, and in which order to start.
Most companies know AI can do something for them, but not where to start. A scan does not look at technology but at work: where things are retyped, waited on, chased by phone, reported by hand. Per opportunity you estimate the time saved, the feasibility and the cost.
The result is a short list with a starting order, not a report for the drawer. At byte8 we do it in half a day and come back with at least eight concrete opportunities.
