Agentic agency
An agentic agency is an agency that builds and runs AI agents in production that carry out work inside a company on their own, connected to its systems, with a human in control.
A traditional agency delivers hours and advice, an AI tool delivers one function. An agentic agency delivers digital colleagues: agents that run in your real process and take over recurring work. The work is in the connection to your systems, the guardrails and the continuous development.
What to look for when choosing: do the agents really run in production at clients, does the agency build on its own platform or on a pile of borrowed tools, and do code and data stay yours.
